Our Technical Service Representative Teams

Jared Schlender was raised in the bustling town of Bozeman, MT., where he attended Montana State University for a BFA in graphic design and an option in studio arts. After interning with Backpacking Light Magazine as a graphic designer, he spent some time doing construction in Bozeman. His background in graphic design has allowed him to be around the print industry for several years, and he brings in technical experience in Adobe applications. When he is not working, he is spending time with his beautiful wife, Rebecca, with whom he just celebrated his first anniversary. He also enjoys playing with his little mini Australian shepherd, Hallie. He spends all his other free time enjoying the beauty of Montana through backpacking, fly fishing, hunting, snowboarding, running, painting, spending time with friends, and all that this great state has to offer!

Sarah Hamilton brings a strong knowledge of printing production to her technical service role, after working in PFL's manufacturing department as a bindery operator and trainer for two and half years. Originally from Fort Worth, Texas, she received her bachelor's in art with an emphasis in ceramics from the University of North Texas in 2004. Sarah moved northwest after college to experience "one season" of working in Yellowstone National Park. She ended up loving it and stayed for three more years doing a little bit of everything, from working as an assistant dining room manager to conference services coordinator. Sarah joined PFL in February 2008. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys hiking and cross-country skiing.
