How do I receive exclusive PFLPro benefits?
Contact us at 800-930-3938 to set up your account. Once your account is activated you will be able to log in to your personal ordering site (MyPFL) and all of the PFL-Pro perks will be available on the ordering pages of any product.
How do I view my pricing?
PFLPro members will receive access to a personalized private site with reseller pricing. Please contact us at 800-930-3938 or via email at email@example.com to set up your account.
How can I get product samples to show my customers?
You can request an unbranded sample pack here or just let us know and we will be glad to send you one of our Reseller Kits complete with print samples, catalog, and information on PFLPro. No pricing information is included in the kit.
How should I price my products?
Print markets vary by location so you should base your price based on what is competitive in your local market. Also include how much time you spend and what rate per hour you typically get for your services.
What about custom finishes and papers?

I can't find a product on your website. Does that mean it's not available?
We offer a wide range of products and custom finishes that aren't listed on our website. Please give us a call at 800-930-3938 to discuss your project.
What if I need to make changes to my order?
You can make changes at any time before your job goes into production. You can modify the quantity, shipping method, or shipping address by going to the Change Order Request Page in your myPFL center. Please note that some changes cannot be made after certain stages in the production process -- for instance, the quantity cannot be changed once your job has been printed.
Can I do multiple or split shipments?
Yes, if you would like to do split shipments just let us know after you have placed your order and we will make sure that the specified quantities go to the appropriate address.
Do you offer terms?
Our preferred payment method is credit card, but we do offer terms to certain clients after completing a credit application. We accept a variety of other payment methods including credit card, check, and wire transfer.
Will you steal my customers?
Absolutely not. PFL will do everything we can to make sure your client never knows who printed their project. All packages will be shipped in plain brown packaging without any PFL branding. PFL will never contact your client unless requested to do so by you.
