What's Your Sales Style? Last month, we inquired about the role of sales in your organization. The majority of respondents (69%) have employees dedicated to sales in their company. Of those, most (85%) have 5 or less salespeople, 7% have 5-15, 4% have more than 30, and 4% have 15-30 salespeople.
The roles of each organization's sales staff varied across the board, with 29% of organizations using their salespeople for outbound cold calling, 33% for following up on leads, 29% for fielding inbound calls, and 10% for other activities.
