Lauren Berens grew up on Long Island, where she spent 18 years developing a thick accent. Lauren went to college at Clark University located in Worcester, MA, where she promptly spent 4 years losing her accent. She obtained a BA in psychology, which comes in handy all of the time! After graduation, she and a friend moved to Ohio to join Americorps VISTA and donate two years of service to this fine country. As a VISTA she developed and ran a tutoring program and handled a multitude of tasks for this national service program that fights poverty. The next step for Lauren was at the YWCA of Cleveland where she ran a program for teen parents for several years and loved it, until she met someone she loved more, her now- husband, Jon. Lauren is a compulsive knitter, and she can be found knitting during much of her free time. When she's not knitting she can be found working towards her masters degree in business, doing various home improvement projects, running, riding her totally awesome red bike around town, shopping or hanging out at the dog park with her two favorite pups, Lilly, a sweet and mischevious springer spaniel and Olive, an energetic, funny looking boxer/beagle mix. |

Aron Kling was born and raised in Sidney, Montana. He graduated from MSU Bozeman with a degree in business management in 1998. From there, he began working in retail management for Hastings and was transferred as a store manager to Layton, Utah. In Utah, he held positions as a store manager with Tuesday Morning and an executive team leader at a SuperTarget before moving back to Montana in summer of 2006. He also met his wife Carrie shortly after transferring to Utah and started their family by adopting two little hyper mixed Terriers, Lizzie and Charlie. Lizzie and Charlie are more than enough to handle for now, so children have not entered the picture yet. Aron feels incredibly blessed since Carrie always loved visiting Montana and agreed wholeheartedly to move to Montana when everything fell into place to move earlier this year. For fun, he enjoys movies, video games, board games, camping, hiking, fishing and four wheeling. A huge train buff who collects model trains, Aron's goal is to set up a large train layout someday, that is, if he can talk Carrie into agreeing on that, too! |

Katie O'Neill was born and raised in Hunterdon County, New Jersey. She graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a degree in Anthropology. Although Anthropology is a continued interest of Katie’s, it did not become her chosen career. Katie spent the next few years after college back in Lambertville, NJ working at a standardized testing company. An aspiration to get into a sales career led her to selling advertising for the yellow pages, followed by being the first woman in the northeast Philadelphia to be hired in concrete sales. Katie decided to trek west to Bozeman in August of 2007 after she couldn't say no to the beautiful landscape, and the laid-back attitude of the people. She is so excited to be working at PFL, and to have the chance to live among people who exude an intense love of life. She is interested in hiking, running, people, laughing, and trying (pretty much) anything. |
