Katie Shelton is proud to be a Livingston native and to say she was raised in this wonderful community. After graduating from Montana State University with a bacherlor's in business with a management emphasis in 2001, she joined the team at Coldwell Banker Maverick Realty. As the Park Country Board of Realtors past President Katie organized many training sessions for local realtors. Working in the Real Estate industry allowed her to gain expertise in sales, negotiations and management. Katie can be seen on the b-ball court officiating games for a variety of age groups. When not at work, Katie enjoys spending time with her family which is very important part of her life.

John Troy was born in Atlanta, Ga and moved to Bozeman in 1995 to attend Montana State University as a photography major. He left in 2003 to pursue a career in printing sales with Jostens Printing and Publishing in Winston Salem, NC. After four years as a flatlander, the call of the mountains was too strong to ignore any longer and he decided to return to Bozeman with his wife of ten years, Fiona, and two boys, Liam and Patrick. He and his family enjoy hiking, fishing, camping and skiing….anything outdoors! John decided to leave his very lucrative sales territory in North Carolina to be a part of a fast growing company with a unique business concept, and to give his children a chance to grow up in the Last Best Place.

Laura Paye, a South Dakota native, comes to PFL with more than 5 years experience as a customer and technical service representative for retail, insurance, and financial businesses. Laura earned her bachelor's degree from Dakota State University with a major in Computer Information Systems and minors in E-commerce and Business Administration. She loves spending time with her family and friends, listening to music (especially live music), watching movies, reading and enjoying the great outdoors. She always looks forward to camping, hiking (and soon fly-fishing!) during summers in Montana, when she's not pursuing her passion for traveling to new and exciting places.
