training3With the workplace changing at a rapid pace and increased competition in every area, it's more important than ever to invest in your company's most valuable asset - your employees. Employee training goes way beyond the basic on-the-job training that most companies conduct. Incorporating long-term, continuous development opportunities into your training program is key to keeping your employees current on the latest technologies, strategies and skills. A well-trained workforce will help increase employee loyalty and retention, boost internal efficiencies and contribute to the bottom line.

"Companies that value learning outperform those who don't," according to Fast Company writer Marcia Conner. So, how can you create a culture of learning within your organization? Click here to read Conner's tips on cementing learning into the core of your business. Also, check out  PFL's recent blog post for a firsthand account of why training should be considered an investment, not an expense.

In this month's newsletter we're providing a slew of useful resources to help reinvigorate your employee training, reviewing the newest release of Adobe Creative Suite 5, and revealing the results of last month's survey on time management.
