Maybe you were enrolled in their referral program and wanted to get a reward for spreading the word. Or perhaps you were so blown away by the experience that you just couldn't keep your mouth shut. Whatever the reason, we as human beings are inclined to tell others when we come across something worth talking about. As a result, referral marketing can be one of the most powerful and inexpensive ways to grow your business. 

So, what can you do to drive referrals for your business? It's all about using a variety of tools to encourage customers to promote your business, and then rewarding those who do.  A great first step is to identify your advocates and then create some sort of a formal referral program to entice them to talk. Consider these tips from Office Arrow to make your referral program work for you. Pulse on Business
With the ever-changing economy, last month we asked some survey question to take a pulse on how your business is doing and what type of training programs you have in place.  junenewslettergraph4

The results were mostly positive, with 41.7% of those who answered saying that they plan to begin hiring within the next six months and 16.7% claiming that they are going to wait to see what happens before they hire any new employees. 33.3% of respondents do not plan on hiring anytime soon and 8.3% plan to reduce staff in the next six months.

When we inquired about your training practices, 41.67% say that you have a formal training program in place, but it could use some improvement, 33.3% do not have a training program, and 25.0% have a complete onboarding and training program in place.
