Hi,
It's official, we've got a new home!!
Remember going through a big growth spurt when you were a kid? There was a little pain, but then it was so cool to be bigger. That's what we've been experiencing as we put the finishing touches on our new building, a 46,500-square-foot, state-of-the-art manufacturing and office facility a few miles from our former cramped quarters.
The new facility retains the best of PrintingForLess.com. It's built around our team systems and family-like culture and is not only comfortable for our people (and our dogs!), it's friendly to the environment. The views are breathtaking and we're happy to have an energy-efficient air conditioned space at last, just in time for a toasty Montana summer. But the best part about our new digs is that they better equip us to help you.
We had a smooth move thanks to our dedicated staff this past weekend. Now we're preparing for our grand opening celebration on June 30th. Not your boring ribbon-cutting ceremony, we've invited fellow businesses across the state for a community event featuring forums on economic and leadership development. Panelists will include prominent business leaders and a U.S. senator. We look forward to sharing some of their insights with you in upcoming newsletters. |

FAQ: Newsletter Printing
How can I maximize my newsletter printing budget?
You can print an effective color newsletter on any budget, but you may either have to skimp on quality or pay more per piece if you're printing a low quantity. If you have a small quantity to print (less than 250), your best bet may be to use your local quick/printing shop. Since the main cost for offset printing is setup, more actually costs less. Professional-quality full-color printing has a higher per-piece cost at lower quantities, but drops significantly once the quantity increases.
For example, 250 8 1/2 X 11 newsletters run about $1.52 per piece on our commercial press, or about 76 cents per side. At 500 quantity, the per piece cost drops to 79 cents per piece, or abouty 40 cents per side. That cost equates to per-side costs at some quick print shops, but the quality difference from a glossy offset-printed newsletter is notably substantial. At 1000 quantity, it's only 43 cents a piece on press and only 25 cents at 2000 quantity. So the more you print at one time, the easier it is to maximize both your budget and the print quality. |
